Our fish house design is modeled after several different koi facilities that we visited while in Japan and else where in the world. Our main objective in the design was to give all of our customers an experience to talk about. We wanted to create something very unique that embodied who we are and what we had envisioned for the last 17 years.
Our facility will be completely automated from feeding to filter maintanence. We are able, with our system, to operate any aspect of the fish house through hard processes developed over years of trial and error. We can be anywhere in the world and navigate through our fish house just as if we were there. There will also be cameras and sound systems in place so that business will not have to stop just because we are not there. Customers will be able to see us via the monitor mounted to the interior framing and we will also be able to see them. Our cameras will zoom in to any fish that the customer wants to see and we will be able to talk about that fish in detail just as if we were right in front of them.
These are only a few of the amazing features we will have at our facility.
Evolution...'The Fish House' Phase III (Aug '08)

| The ground is graded, prepped, and ready for digging of the footing |
The construction crew gets ready to set the stakes for the initial dig. |
| The trenching is done. The next steps are to get the rebar and cement in place for the retaining wall |
This is the footing completed for the back side of the large pond which will be 31'x20'x8'. The main filtration will be bakki showers for this pond. |
| This back area is where the main drainage will stub out to water the landscape. |
This will be the main two entrances which will be connected to a very amazing water feature before it! |
| We will be building platforms on the exterior side of the wall where the bakki showers will be installed. We thought this would keep the noise level inside considerably lower. |
Along this wall will have five 2000 gallon ponds which will be filtered by bakki showers and bead filters to enhance the clarity of the water. |
| This first fish house will be 72'x36'; a nice initial ramp up for the first phase of our overall expansion. |
Got dirt? |
| All of the bead filters will be installed below grade to maximize pond space. This is another reason why the bakki showers will be outside. |
There will be 4 exits, 3 can be seen in this picture with one wheelchair accessible entrance/exit. There will also be ramps inside the structure for greaterl wheelchair accessibility. |
| This side doorway will be the connecting point for our second fish house which is projected to be built in 2015. |
The area will have a ramp which will lead up to the 40,000 gallon stock pond. |
| This entrance is our main receiving and packing area. There will be a dock on the inside for loading and unloading. |
Overall there will be eighteen 500 gallon, nine 2000 gallon, and one 40,000 gallon pond as an initial step to our final goal. |
